Usually you need to focus on one or the other. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. We use cameras of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. This ensures optimal image quality even in difficult lighting conditions. Added to this are programmable swivel heads, remote control ... this minimizes the personnel effort and significantly reduces costs.

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. When it comes to image quality, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. Remote-controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

Video production of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. When it comes to interview or conversation situations in which several people take part, we naturally rely on the proven multi-camera method. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. The advantage of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs is that they do not contain any electronic components. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
