A main field of activity of Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.

CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
