This work was produced many, many winters ago. A music video by artist Bastian Harper (The Submission) titled Love to dance. There was one basic idea: dancing. This was filmed and implemented flexibly with a lot of spontaneity in a nightclub. At that time there was no 4K/UHD.

High requirements but only a small budget?

Usually it is not possible to have both. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. We use modern, latest-generation cameras of the same type with large 1-inch image sensors. Challenging lighting conditions are no obstacle to excellent image quality. The programmable motorized pan-tilts allow the cameras to be operated remotely, reducing the need for staff and saving costs.

A main field of activity of Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is multi-camera video recording and video production. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Thanks to many years of activity, we can also draw on a wealth of experience in this area. Hundreds of TV contributions and reports were produced and broadcast. Depending on the assignment, several cameras are also used for interviews, discussion events and roundtables. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.
Editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
