Music video: Bastian Harper - Love to...

This work was produced many, many winters ago. This is a music video for the song Love to dance by artist Bastian Harper (then The Submission). There was one basic idea: dancing. This was filmed and implemented flexibly with a lot of spontaneity in a nightclub. At that time 4K/UHD was not yet available.

Only a small budget but high demands?

These two things usually don t go together. However, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception to the rule. We use the latest generation cameras of the same type with large 1-inch image sensors. Outstanding image quality is ensured even in difficult lighting conditions. The use of programmable motor pan-tilts enables the cameras to be operated remotely, which reduces personnel expenditure and enables cost savings.

Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia offers you the video recording with several cameras at the same time. We use cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Through many years of activity, we also have a wealth of experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. In any case, more than two cameras are required when it comes to video recording of interviews and conversations with several people. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. If you would like video material from you or from other sources to be integrated, you are welcome to submit this. Audio tracks from concert recordings can also be remixed and remastered.

Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. In contrast to other storage media, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs have unbeatable advantages. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
