Music video by artist Bastian Harper entitled Love to...


This work was produced many, many summers ago. A music video by artist Bastian Harper (The Submission) titled Love to dance. Dancing was the basic idea. The implementation took place with a lot of spontaneity and flexibility in a few hours in a discotheque with the dancers from The Steps. At that time there was no 4K/UHD.

Usually you have to make a choice as these options are mutually exclusive. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception to the rule. We use the latest generation of cameras with large 1-inch image sensors of the same type. Excellent image quality is ensured even under difficult lighting conditions. Cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motor pan-tilts, thus minimizing personnel expenditure, which leads to cost savings.

This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. We rely on modern cameras that are remote-controlled. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.
Video reports for television and the Internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. If the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person, two cameras are sometimes completely sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.
Editing of video and audio material

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
