Music video: Bastian Harper - Love to...


This work was produced many, many summers ago. This is a music video for the song Love to dance by artist Bastian Harper (then The Submission). There was one basic idea: dancing. This was filmed and implemented flexibly with a lot of spontaneity in a nightclub. At that time 4K/UHD was not yet available.

A challenging combination: demands and a tight budget?

As a rule, it is impossible to realize both at the same time. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. Our cameras with large 1 inch image sensors are of the same type, latest generation and very modern. In difficult lighting conditions, first-class image quality is ensured. The cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motorized pan-tilts, reducing manpower and enabling cost savings.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is your partner when it comes to multi-camera recordings and video production. We rely on high-quality cameras of the same type. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video editing takes place on high-performance computers. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. Only through multi-camera video production is it possible to record many areas of the event simultaneously in image and sound. Remote controlled cameras are used. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.
Video reports for television and the Internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.
Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.
Editing and editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.
Small batch manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
