This work was produced many, many winters ago. This is a music video for the song Love to dance by artist Bastian Harper (then The Submission). Dancing was the basic idea. The implementation took place with a lot of spontaneity and flexibility in a few hours in a discotheque with the dancers from The Steps. At that time 4K/UHD was not yet available.

High demands vs. small budget?

The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia already offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. The technical effort is reduced if the video recording is of discussions without an audience.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. The audio tracks or soundtracks must be viewed and adjusted when the video material is edited. If additional text and image material is to be integrated, this is not a problem. Logos and blurbs can also be designed and integrated. We also cut videos from their or material from other sources. If the soundtracks of a concert recording are to be remixed and mastered, you can supply them accordingly.

CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
