Love to dance - music video by the artist Bastian...


This work was produced many, many summers ago. This is a music video for the song Love to dance by artist Bastian Harper (then The Submission). There was one basic idea: dancing. This was filmed and implemented flexibly with a lot of spontaneity in a nightclub. At that time 4K/UHD was not yet available.

Demanding project despite limited financial possibilities?

Usually there is an incompatibility between these possibilities. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. Modern cameras of the same type of the latest generation with large 1-inch image sensors are used. Optimal image quality is achieved even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The cameras can be operated remotely by using programmable motor pan-tilts, which reduces personnel expenditure and costs.

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is multi-camera video recording and video production. We rely on high-quality cameras of the same type. When it comes to image quality, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia makes no compromises. The recording is at least in 4K/UHD. The video material is cut on high-performance computers. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. 5 and more cameras can be operated by a single person. Additional cameramen are not necessary.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of TV contributions and reports were produced and broadcast. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.
Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. Two cameras are sometimes sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture in interviews with only one person. However, if it is an interview or conversation situation with several people, we naturally rely on the multi-camera method. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.
Editing of video and audio material

Of course, just recording concerts, events, interviews and discussions etc. is not enough. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.
Manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small quantities

Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. In contrast to other storage media, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs have unbeatable advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
