Bastian Harper - music video: Love to...


This work was produced many, many summers ago. A music video by artist Bastian Harper (The Submission) titled Love to dance. There was one basic idea: dancing. This was filmed and implemented flexibly with a lot of spontaneity in a nightclub. Unfortunately, video shooting and video production did not take place in 4K/UHD at that time.

A challenging combination: demands and a tight budget?

It is seldom possible to achieve both at the same time. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception to the rule. The cameras we use have large 1 inch image sensors and are of the same type as the latest generation. Optimal image quality is achieved even in unfavorable lighting conditions. The cameras can be operated remotely by using programmable motor pan-tilts, which reduces personnel expenditure and costs.

Video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is one of the few companies that offers multi-camera video production. We rely on high-quality cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be operated by a single person. This saves personnel costs for you.
TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. The topics ranged from current news and information to cultural and sporting events, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.
Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

We also use multiple cameras to record interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.
Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
CD, DVD, Blu-ray Disc - Small Series Manufacturing

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs not only offer unbeatable advantages in terms of archiving. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
