Music video: Bastian Harper - Love to...


This work was produced many, many winters ago. A music video by artist Bastian Harper (The Submission) titled Love to dance. Dancing was the basic idea. The implementation took place with a lot of spontaneity and flexibility in a few hours in a discotheque with the dancers from The Steps. At that time 4K/UHD was not yet available.

High standards with limited financial leeway?

Usually you have to choose one or the other. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception and the only video production company to refute this rule. With large 1-inch image sensors, we use cameras of the same type of the latest generation. Excellent image quality is achieved even under challenging lighting conditions. The use of programmable motorized pan-tilts allows remote camera control and reduces manpower, resulting in cost savings.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

A main field of activity of Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia offers the possibility to produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p as well.
Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.
Video reports for television and the Internet

A wealth of experience has grown from many years as a video journalist. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Due to our many experiences, we are able to work for you in almost all topics to produce TV reports and video reports.
Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.
Editing and editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. A video production cannot be completed without video editing. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. Hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards don't last forever. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
