Bastian Harper - Love to dance - music...


This work was produced many, many summers ago. This is a music video for the song Love to dance by artist Bastian Harper (then The Submission). Dancing was the basic idea. The implementation took place with a lot of spontaneity and flexibility in a few hours in a discotheque with the dancers from The Steps. At that time there was no 4K/UHD.

When it comes to multi-camera recording and video production, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is your partner. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. As one of the few video producers, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. If the many different areas of the stage presentation are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we can do this using the multi-camera method. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.
TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. This resulted in several hundred TV reports and video reports. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included current news and information, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

The use of several cameras is also useful for the video production of rounds of talks, interviews, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.
Editing of video and audio material

Of course, recording events, concerts, interviews and discussions is not enough. After video recording, video editing is the logical next step in video production. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. The integration of additional text and image material as well as the integration of logos and blurbs also takes place during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.
Manufacture of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small quantities

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs offer particular advantages over other storage media, and not just for archiving. The shelf life of USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is limited. Since Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs contain no electronic components, this potential vulnerability and cause of data loss is absent. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
