Normally you cannot choose between both options. Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception to the rule. With large 1-inch image sensors, we use cameras of the same type of the latest generation. Optimum image quality is guaranteed even under difficult lighting conditions. Programmable motor pan-tilts enable remote control of the cameras and thus contribute to reducing costs by minimizing personnel costs.

Multi-camera video production (parallel recording with multiple cameras)

When it comes to multi-camera recording and video production, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is your partner. Professional cameras of the same type are used. Basically, at least 4K/UHD is recorded. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of concerts, theater performances, readings ...

For the video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc., we consistently use the multi-camera method. If the many areas of the stage performance are to be recorded on video from different perspectives, we use the multi-camera method to do this. Remote-controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.

TV and video reports for radio, streaming and the internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. We are able to research for you in all conceivable areas and to produce video contributions and TV reports.

Video recording of rounds of talks, discussion events, interviews, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. More than two cameras are always necessary when it comes to interviews and conversations with several people. The extent to which remote-controlled cameras must be used depends on whether the event is attended by an audience. There is no need for a motor pan tilt when it comes to discussions without an audience.

Video editing, video adjustment, audio editing

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. When cutting the video material, audio tracks and soundtracks are also viewed and adjusted. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is also your partner for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small quantities. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives have a limited shelf life. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not contain any electronic components that could become a weak point and cause data loss. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
