A main field of activity of Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is multi-camera video recording and video production. Professional cameras of the same type are used. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

When it comes to video recording theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., we naturally use the multi-camera method. The multi-camera recording makes it possible to capture the many areas of the event from different perspectives in the picture. Remote controlled cameras are used. The cameras are controlled from a central point with regard to zoom, sharpness and alignment. In this way, 5 or more cameras can be controlled by just one person. An entire event can be fully recorded by just one person.

Video reports for television and the Internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of video reports and TV contributions have been made over the years. The topics were as varied as the places reported on. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Due to our many experiences, we are able to work for you in almost all topics to produce TV reports and video reports.

Video production of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. If an interview or conversation with several people is to be recorded on video, the use of more than 2 cameras is essential. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.

Video editing, video cutting, audio editing

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is of course only half the battle. The second and at least as important part of a video production is the video editing. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. During editing, the video is completed with logos, blurbs and, if necessary, other video, image and text material. Video material from your own or other sources can be easily integrated. It is also possible to edit, mix and master the audio tracks of concert recordings.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. When it comes to archiving audio, video and data, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer clear advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
