A main field of activity of Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is multi-camera video recording and video production. For such productions we use cameras of the same type. This ensures identical picture quality even with 4K/UHD. The video material is edited on high-performance computers using professional software. As one of the few video producers, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.
Video production of theater performances, concerts, readings and more

The video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. Only through multi-camera video production is it possible to record many areas of the event simultaneously in image and sound. We use cameras that are remote controlled. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. This reduces manpower and costs because a single person can control multiple cameras.
Video reports for TV, streaming and internet

Through working as a video journalist for many years, I was able to gain relevant experience in this area. Hundreds of TV contributions and reports were produced and broadcast. Both the topics and the locations were very diverse. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. When it comes to interview or conversation situations in which several people take part, we naturally rely on the proven multi-camera method. Depending on whether it is an event with an audience, remote-controlled cameras can also be used here. If rounds of talks without an audience are to be video-recorded, the motor pan-tilt may not be necessary. This reduces the technical effort.
Editing and editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. The soundtracks or audio tracks have to be adjusted and mixed while the video material is being edited. A complete video production includes the creation and integration of logos, blurbs and, if necessary, additional image, text and video material. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

We can offer you the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs in small series. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. The advantage of Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs is that they do not contain any electronic components. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs for music and video are therefore the first choice as a souvenir, as a gift or for sale.
