Multi-camera video production is a main focus of Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia. Several cameras of the same type are used. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. The video editing is done using professional software on high-performance computers. As one of the few video producers, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

In the video recording of theater performances, concerts, readings, etc., several cameras are of course used. The multi-camera video recording makes it possible to record the different areas of the performance from different perspectives. Remote controlled cameras are used. From a central point, a cameraman has everything in view and can align the cameras in a variety of ways. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

Video reports for television and the Internet

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Over the years, several hundred video reports and TV features have been researched, filmed, edited and broadcast on television. The researched topics as well as the locations were very different and varied. These included breaking news and information, cultural and sporting events, competitions, social events and much more. Due to our extensive experience, we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on almost any topic.

Depending on the order, we also use several cameras for the video production of interviews, discussion events, round tables, etc. If the questioner should not be visible in interviews with only one person, two cameras would be sufficient. Of course, we rely on the multi-camera method insofar as it is an interview and conversation situation with several people. To what extent it is necessary to be able to remotely control the cameras depends on whether it is an event with an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Of course, recording events, concerts, theater performances, talks, etc. on video is only half the battle. After the video recording, the video editing inevitably follows. During the video editing, the soundtracks and audio tracks are viewed, adjusted and mixed at the same time. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Our range of services also includes the production of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs in small series. In contrast to other storage media, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs have unbeatable advantages. The security of the data on USB sticks, memory cards and hard drives is not guaranteed for eternity. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs lack electronic components. Thus, these potential weak points and causes for data loss are missing. Blu-ray Discs, DVDs, and CDs are great for selling, gifting, and archiving music, videos, or files.
