That usually doesn't go together. However, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is the exception to the rule. We use the latest generation cameras with large 1 inch image sensors that are modern. Excellent image quality is achieved even under difficult lighting conditions. Cameras can be controlled remotely through the use of programmable motorized pan-tilts, minimizing the need for personnel and reducing costs.

Parallel video recording with multiple cameras (multi-camera video production)

A main field of activity of Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia is multi-camera video recording and video production. We use cameras of the same type. Cameras of the same type ensure identical image quality for every image or camera setting. Professional software is used for video editing on high-performance computers, which is also used by TV stations worldwide. As one of the few video producers, Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia can produce videos in 8K / UHD-II / UHDTV2 / 4320p.

Video recording of concerts, theater performances and readings ...

The video recording of concerts, theater performances, readings, etc. is of course done with several cameras. Using the multi-camera method, we realize the video recording of the stage performance from many different perspectives. We use cameras that are remote controlled. The very varied alignment of the cameras takes place from a central point. It only takes one person to control all the cameras. Additional cameramen are not required.

TV and video reports for radio and internet streaming

In this area, too, we can draw on a wealth of experience based on many years of activity. Hundreds of video reports and TV reports have been produced and broadcast over the years. This activity led to a wide variety of places for a wide variety of topics. These included current information and news, social events, cultural events, sports competitions, football, handball and much more. Our wealth of experience is so rich that we can produce TV reports and video reports for you on all sorts of topics.

Video recording of interviews, round tables, discussion events, etc.

Depending on what the client wants and how the situation is on site, several cameras are also used for interviews, rounds of talks, discussion events, etc. For simple interviews with only one person, 2 cameras can be sufficient if the questioner is not to be shown in the picture. In any case, more than two cameras are required when it comes to video recording of interviews and conversations with several people. Remotely controllable cameras would be used if it is an event with an audience. If interviews, conversations or discussion rounds are recorded without an audience, there is no need for a motor pan tilt.

Editing and editing of video and audio material

The video recording of events, concerts, interviews, etc. is understandably only one side of the coin. The next step after video recording is video cutting or video editing. An important part of editing video material is adjusting and mixing the soundtracks or audio tracks. Additional text, image and video material as well as blurbs are also designed and integrated during the video editing. You can also submit existing image, text, video and audio material. If, for example, the audio tracks of a concert recording are to be mastered, we can do this or you can supply it as a file.

Small series of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs

Dessau Videoproduktion und Multimedia offers small batch manufacturing of CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. In terms of archiving, CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs offer a number of advantages. Memory cards, hard drives and USB sticks are not designed to last forever. Electronic components are the common cause of data loss from hard drives, USB sticks and memory cards. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs do not have these. Blu-ray discs, DVDs and CDs are the best choice for selling, giving away or archiving music and videos as a keepsake.
